Jami and Richard | Belle Meade Plantation Wedding

I first met Jami and Richard when I photographed a wedding for some friends of theirs in Clarksville back in December of 2010 and they invited me to eat at their table at the rehearsal dinner the night before! Its been great working with this sweet couple and getting to see so many familiar faces. When we got together at Traveler’s Rest for their engagement portraits back in November it poured rain and we decided that we would push through and do a rainy day shoot getting about half of their shots under umbrellas. Rain or shine they have a great attitunde but I was excited when the weather was perfect on their big day at Belle Meade Plantation. These first few shots of the bride and bridesmaids were taken at Union Station Hotel where the girls got ready.

I loved the color and amazing window light in the room at Union Station. This was the first of many bridal portraits that afternoon.
I had the girls squeeze together at the bottom of this tall stairwell at Union Station Hotel so I could zoom down and get a birds eye view with that carpet pattern in the background.

This little getaway car was parked outside of the carriage house and I noticed guests walking outside to check it out all evening.
