Jaron and Jessica – Gaylord Opryland Hotel Wedding

Jaron and Jessica were married on December 4th at the Opryland Hotel.  The hotel had reopened to the public just one week prior after 7 months of closure due to the flooding that took place at the beginning of May.  The hotel event planners guaranteed to Jessica that they would re-open in time for her wedding.  I had my doubts after seeing videos of the flood damage but it all worked out after all.

The hotel is an amazing place to hold a June – August or December – February wedding because you could never run out of wonderful spots for photos and you don’t have to subject your wedding party to the heat or cold. As you will see from the images below, I took advantage of the abundances of negative space.  Its very easy to find great patterns in carpets, colorful walls, and patterns on ceiling lights in the Fuse nightclub.  We took advantage of the large Christmas tree for some blurry lights in the background as well as interesting furniture.
