Wedding at Hillwood Presbyterian Church and Belle Meade Plantation

Kendall and Ashley held their wedding ceremony at Hillwood Presbyterian Church and the reception took place nearby at Belle Meade Plantation. It was a hot and sunshiny day but we did a good job of keeping everyone cool by sticking to the shade and we got some great photos. So it wasn’t a shotgun wedding but definitely check out the shotgun shell boutonnieres which were still appropriate since the groom is a hunter.

First off, I never did get a chance to blog their engagement portraits and they were great so here is a link to their slideshow in case anyone wants to check them out!  Kendall and Ashley | Magic Hour Engagement Portraits I got to shoot a cross-bow for the first time on the engagement shoot. Getting to know couples is always fun but sometimes its more of an adventure than others. Did I mention that I love my job!
